Something I’m passionate about

I’m really passionate about cooking. It’s started when I was a child. I used to sit in the kitchen and I saw my mother spending a lot of time preparing food for our family and I tried to help her and I learnt from her a lot of things. When I Cook I can clear my mind, be creative and enjoy my time. I like everything about cooking, buying the gradients, tasting new spices and decorating the meal after I finish. The best thing is seeing my family enjoy my dishes and spending good time talking and eating on the same table.

Something I am passionate about

  I am very fond of drawing logos. I have been drawing logos nearly 15 years. I was about 15 when I did special research in what is the relation between organic diseases and psychiatric diseases. Then, I supported it by some creative drawing and images. After that I got a first student in my school to do interested research in difficult field. And I attractive some people in how to drawing that graphics “it is strange and amazing” they said. After that I discovered myself in this strange drawing and I tried always developing my skill.  I am crazy about that because it takes me out of world when I started to draw and imagine for long time and forget everything around me.      

Something I’m passionate about

Something I feel really passionately about is cooking. My grandmother was keen on cooking she used to be an excellent cook in our whole family. I learnt making some simple food when I was 12.  I interested cooking because it makes me happy when I saw my family loved what I made and tested. Also cooking is helping me to discover new dishes by mixing some kind of vegetables and meat do not mix as usual.  Also it gives me a chance to cook a healthy food especially for my children because in today lifestyle children eat lots of harmful food such as sweets and crisps. Therefore, parents must prepare a suitable food for their children healthy.

The thing I'm passionate about.

I'm really passionate about ethical hacking.  I've been doing it since my first year at college when I started studying network security. It’s helped me to improve my technical skills. Also, ethical hacking allows programmers to analyse and protect many companies’ servers and website against the real attack. For example, many banks over the world face a huge tries to attacking, so they really need this type of hacking. I mean ethical hacking to protect them customers. 

Something I am passionate about.

I am really passionate about doing yoga. I have been doing it for a few years. When I had a wonderful teacher who was Greek. She was passionate about the benefits of yoga and that influenced me. I have done it at a gym. I still do it sometimes in my home. I enjoy it. I think because it is very psychology exercise. It can be help us in our life such as, If we feel tired or bored, we can do yoga with a quiet rhythms that is could be enough to change our mood and give us more relax to complete our loads.

Something I’m passionate about

     I am really passionate about shopping. I have loved shopping since I graduated from high school because all most women interesting about shopping at this age. I enjoy it, because it is a very interesting, I can go with my sisters together and spend fun time, I love to see every new product in shops and sometime buy anything I want or not. It also enjoy because when I am go shopping, I am walking two or more hours without I tried so I do exercise with shopping.  My country don’t find more place to spend free time of women so the most place to enjoy of free time is shop.

The weather in my lovely country

         The weather in my country depends on where the city is located. Some cities are located in the mountains and have a cold, foggy, rainy and cloudy climate all year round but especially in winter it gets much colder there. Perhaps, the cities which are located in low areas have a hot and sunny weather but how humid the city is depends on how far it’s from sea. Some cities are dry because of where they are located such as Riyadh which is in the middle of the country or Dammam in the east and Jeddah in the west. These cities have a hot and sunny climate in all seasons except in winter, while Riyadh and Dammam become very cold and the temperature can reach 5 degrees. In summer, Dammam and Jeddah become very humid and the temperature can reach up to 50 degrees.

The weather in Saudi Arabia

               The weather in my country is different depending on the area because it is a big country. I live in the west of Saudi Arabia.  The weather is generally mild except in summer when it is very hot and wet. The temperature rises sharply up to 40º - 45 º in the summer.  It is hard to go anywhere in the morning but it is different in the evening. The temperature goes down slowly and it can reach 35º- 30º so at night people can have a rest.

   The weather in winter is lovely. The temperature falls to 20º. The sky is amazing.  It is foggy and cloudy. As a result, people prefer to have a picnic or go on a trip. They have a good time when the weather is rainy.       

  However, the weather in the autumn and spring is the same. The temperature decrease gradually to round 18- 15 degrees. It rains heavy. In addition, the weather is cool. I adore the weather in autumn and spring in my city

The weather in my country        

             The weather in my country-Saudi Arabia- is different in different parts of the country because it is a big country and it depends if the city is in northern region close to cold countries or if the city is near the sea like the eastern region which is hot and humid. I will talk about the weather in Riyadh in the four seasons.

           The summer in Riyadh is often hot and the temperature can reach 50c or more. Especially in the afternoon it becomes boiling hot and usually everyone stays at home to avoid sun exposure so that they don’t feel dizzy or dehydrated. Other people enjoy summer sea activities like swimming or enjoy themselves near a pool.

           In autumn, the weather is still hot but it’s cooler than in the summer. There are many dust storms and it’s sometimes rains at the same time. People with asthma and lung problem might suffer at the time of the year and sometimes the school is closed for a few days.

           In winter, the weather is cold and the temperature is between eight to mid-twenties. Sometimes it rains and people in the cold weather enjoy a picnic in the dessert and travel around the country.

          In spring, the weather becomes warm and there are some dust storms and many people enjoy spring holidays travelling to places where the weather is good.

The weather in Al-Madinah

             I am Maryam. I from Saudi Arabia from the city of Al-Madinah. It is in the west of my country.
        The weather in Al-Madinah is different from other cities in Saudi .The weather in summer depends on the time of day. In the first two hours in the morning, it is cool and frosty everywhere. After about four hours, it is warm but the temperature rises to 30°. Then it reaches approximately 48° around pm and it is very sunny. After the temperature reaches its peak in the afternoon, it returns to a warm weather but it gradually drops to 14° so in the morning it is cool.
         In the autumn, the day starts cooler than in the summer. Between am to 12, the temperature remains stable and it can reach 22°. In next three hours, it is warm but colder than in the summer. The rest of day remains nice and mild.
      In the winter, the weather in my city is generally cold. In the first four hours, it is a cold with thunder and heavy rain so people start work after the rain. The rest of day until pm, it is cold with thunder and sometimes with shower rain. At the night, it is very cold and cloudy. People in my city prefer the winter because they can go camping in the desert.
In the spring, the temperature reaches its peak in pm about 20°. All day it is nice and little cold. It is sometime shower rain but not very day. People prefer to go out in the morning and walking.
      In fact, the time of season do not separate between the seasons because the winter about two months and the autumn and the spring about one month so the rest of year is summer.

The weather in Iraq

The weather in my country (Iraq) is different in the four seasons of the year.

In winter, it rains a lot and it Snows in the north of Iraq. The temperature is between -3C ⁰ to 6C ⁰ the the while in the middle and in the south it's sunny Often Although there is a heavy raining in some weeks but never Snows . Between the temperature is 5C ⁰ to 18C ^0. Winter is Usually three months in the year.

In spring, the weather is warm with a little chance for raining in the middle and in the south, the temperature is 12C Between ⁰ to 23C ⁰ . In the north it's cold, cloud and rainy, the temperature is 8C Between ⁰ to 15C ⁰ . Spring is a beautiful season in the all of Iraq but it's a short season about two months.

In summer, the weather is Often sunny and dry, with no rain from the north to the south. But the temperature in the middle and in the south is Between 27C ⁰ to 45C ⁰ , so it's very hot the the while in the north the weather is so nice and the temperature is 10c Between ⁰ to 17C ⁰ . So most of Iraqi peoples in the middle and the south travel to the north in the summer holiday to have trips with the beautiful weather. It's a long season about six months.

In autumn, the weather is often cool from the north to the south. It's a short season in Iraq nearly one month in the year. The temperature is about 18C ⁰ in the middle to the south and about 10c ⁰ .

     Aljouf city is located in the north west of Saudi Arabia. The climate in the winter is cold because of its geographic location, so it rains a lot. The temperate is around between 7degrees below zero.

 This year it has snowed and the city look beautiful. The usual weather in summer it’s very hot the temperature rises up to a maximum 30 degrees, so the climate is sunny and dry. In the spring season it is short, so the agricultural is flourishing especially farming the olives. Aljouf has the largest organic olive orchard in the world of 600.000 trees.

The weather in China, has a variety of temperature and rainfall zones, including continental monsoon areas.                                                                                                         In winter, Mohe in Heilongjiang can appear an average of 37 degrees below zero, while the temperature of Sanya in Hainan Province is above 23 degrees.     In summer, most of areas are above 20 degrees despite the Tibet and other mountains such as Tianshan. Among these hot places, Turpan Basin in Sinkiang is the centre for heat at 32 degrees on average.                                                                In spring, all things recovery, Trees and beautiful flowers are blooming as the temperature is getting warmer in the whole of China. In North China, the temperature is mild. However, during Spring North China is occasionally hit by dust storms.                                                                                                                                In autumn, the temperatures throughout the country are milder without too cold or too hot you can experience in winter and summer, while the days are getting shorter. At this time, fogy days may possibly occur after rain due to lack of wind, temperature high humidity.

The Weather in Iraq

The weather in Iraq is divided into three patterns depending on the area, the north, the south and the middle of the country. In winter, it’s often freezing and rainy all the day in the north. In the middle it’s so changeable from foggy, cold to rainy and wind blowing. But on the south it’s often cool.

The two seasons, spring and autumn are very short. The temperature between (11 °C) and (25 °C) all over the country, from the north to the south.

However, we have a very hot summer and long day in the south, it’s boiling and humid. Sometimes the temperature maybe even more than 45 °C, also in the middle of the country it’s hot but not like the south part. And in the north we have mild weather at often.

Saudi Arabia is a big country and it has different geography, in the north and south are the same weather in the summer is warm and freeze in the winter because that region located in the mountain. But in the east and west are moisture according the city in coastline.

The weather in the other region is mostly hot, some days it can reach 50 degrees. There is a law for this situation-people are not allowed to work out side.

However, the winter is very cold according to nature desert. It’s record low temperatures between 2 to -2 degrees.

          There are strong continental climate in the Kazakhstan Republic.

The Kazakhstan Republic has a four seasons of year: winter, spring, summer and autumn.

In today’s we have a winter. The winter in my country can be as a warm with a lot of snow. On the other hand it can be very cold and freeze. The average temperature in winter is minus 15 c˚ or 20 c˚. While 2 weeks ago the temperature was minus 38 c˚.  There are very strong winds in winter. The Kazakhstan like all world has a Global warming too and as a rule there are can be raining in winter. Many roads in our country can be very dangerous. After rains and snow with very awful wind many vehicles don’t continue their way. Very often there are can be human death after crashes on the roads.
The spring comes in my country after five months of winter season. On 22th of March Kazakh people celebrate Kazakh New year. The name of this holiday is Nauryz. This day is red day of calendar and all people have weekends for 3 days.

After 22th of March the day becoming more longer than early. The spring usually really feels only in the beginning of April. The spring in the April is very warm, it’s probably plus 5 in the day and 0 or minus 1 in the night. I like the weather of spring! Because in the spring comes new life, a lot of birds sing songs. There are in spring very romantically especially in the May!

The spring continues until end of May for calendar, but in the beginning or middle of the May the summer begins their life in country. The summer is lovely season of the most of people. Summer can be as a very hot and very cold. The hot weather is probably from 30 c˚ to 40 c˚ or 45 c˚. The summer for me is the best season of year. A lot of time we spend our time in the suburb. We often go to relax on the river in the outside of the Astana. There are in summer the weather can be windy with short rains too. People wear light clothes in this period of year.

The sun begins to rise at in the beginning of 7:30 AM and it wakes up me with their rays and then I begin to wake up early. I love sun in the morning! It’s amazing!

In my opinion autumn like spring are similarly. But English winter is the same of Kazakh autumn.

There are rains and wind blows very often. 

The weather in Iraq

The weather in my country is different from season to season.  It’s very hot and humid in summer and the temperature reaches 50c˚especially in the western and southern regions of my country. The Iraqi government announces a day off when it’s extremely hot  

The weather in  the northern region of  Iraq in the summer  is wonderful and the temperature reaches 27c˚.

All people in my country become happy when spring comes and the temperature decreases. The weather changes for the better and humidity drops. The ground becomes green and the trees grow in this season.

In  the winter season, the weather becomes very cold. It rains a lot. The temperature in  the north of Iraq is lower than the temperature in the other regions from my country.

The weather is different in autumn. This is a time when trees shed their leaves and the temperature and humidity is moderate.

The weather in the summer is pretty bad, the sun is very strong. It is very hot and sometimes humid. The maximum temperature is about 50 degrees.

In the winter it is completely different, it is cold but not freezing. Sometimes it is rainy and drizzly. But in the afternoon the weather is mild.

In the spring it is cloudy but it rarely rains. Some people go to the desert to camp there because the weather there is very cool.

The weather in autumn is the worst out of all the seasons. Every country in the autumn sees leaves falling except for Saudi Arabia. there is a lot of fog and mist and it is also hot.

The weather in Libya

Libya is a big country and most parts of Libya are on the Sahara desert. The weather in Libya in the winter is freezing especially in the south of the country and very hot in the summer. There is no real spring and autumn in the south of the country. The temperature can reach 50 degrees in the summer and about -15 in the winter.

However, the spring in the north and the east of the country is very nice as well as autumn. Most of the time it’s sunny and the temperature ranges between 20 and 28 degrees and that’s because of the Mediterranean Sea influence.

On the other hand, the weather in Libya has the Sahara desert climate similarly to North African countries. Sometime the weather can be dusty for 2 to 3 days particular in the south part.

The weather in the UAE is hot in the summer and almost sunny. The temperature in the summer is between 40 and 46 degrees in most cities, although it’s humid in the summer.  Sometimes the temperature can reach 50 degrees so it’s very very hot. Most of the people prefer to travel in summer to cold country. The summer starts in April to September every year.

In autumn the wither become tropical and extreme. The temperature slide between 26 to 32 degrees. The wind in autumn is windy and dry. In autumn the people in the UAE they are waiting impatiently the weather come low temperature. Autumn season is start in October and end in November.  

Special in winter the weather is Cloudy and cold. In the winter the temperature decreases to 10 degree, and in the south the degree can reach 2 degree. The weather come raining in the winter and sometime it’s raining for one day with non stop  In winter 2015 it’s snow in the UAE it was amazing because its happened first time in the UAE history.

In spring the weather is windy. Most of the time sunny and the temperature are between 24 to 30 degrees. In another hand some time it’s raining. The spring season start in March to April.

      I took the IELTS exam two months ago. I looked at some websites to practice before the exam. I was stressed on the day. A lot of people were taking this exam at the same time. I was surprised about my result because it was really difficult.

When my parents were very angry with me

      I want to write about the time when my parents were very angry with me about something.  When I was in school I went shopping with my friends after class. I had a great time and we had lunch in the Italian restaurant while my dad was waiting for me at school. In addition, someone from my class told my father where I went. Then, when I arrived at home my father had already arrived house. My parents were so angry with me. They said to me that I should have told them where I was. My parents thought something bad happened to me. My dad didn’t speak to me a long time. As a result I cried all day and I didn’t do that again.

Last year I played a final match in a football stadium. I was the captain of my team. My team was strong so I was expecting that we would win. I was very glad to won the match because the reward for this match was £140. After that match I celebrated with my team and we had fun.

          I am going to tell you about something that happened with my family. When I was six years old I took my little brother  who  was three years old  and went to the supermarket to buy some sweets. The supermarket was far from our house so we crossed a street with a lot of cars. A few minutes after we reached the market I heard a voice behind me I turned and found my father in front of me shouting "Why are you here all alone?" I didn't answer because I was scared. Then he punished me by not letting me go out of the house and have no sweets for one week. My mother gave us a lot of sweets though in secret!

The winner

It was a race day last month when I won in horse endurance race for 100 kilometres in the UAE endurance village. It was a big challenge because there were 140 horses in the event. The competition wasn't easy and it was very difficult to win that day. I didn’t expect to win in this race but in the end I won with my strong horse. It was a surprise for my family and we celebrated together, it was a happy day.

The time when I lost something important

I’m going to tell you about the time when I lost something important.

When I was at university, after I had lunch with two of my friends, I went to wash my hands and I took off my ring. Without noticing that something was wrong, I went to my next lecture. Once I was there, my friend asked: "Did you lost your ring? "Oh no, I forgot it when I was washing my hands" I said. We searched for a long time for it but we couldn’t find it. It was a shock to lose my father's gift.  When I got home I felt ashamed of myself.

An Important Exam

I'm going to tell you about an important exam. I had a very important English exam in March 2014. I studied hard because the exam was very difficult. I tired take short breaks to refresh my mind had cake with a cup of coffee. The night before the exam I went to bed early but I couldn't sleep because I thought so much about the exam. I went to college to do the exam, I took a seat and put my things on the table. The teacher handed out the papers and I read all questions and answered them. After the exam I was very scared about the results. But I started thinking positively that I would get a high score. In the end I got a great result. I was very happy about my success.

Bad Holiday

I am going to tell you about a terrible trip to Dubai last year. I like Dubai and I had been there many times before, sometimes with friends and sometimes with my family. However, I hate it as much as I love it. When I was there with my family after a long plane journey we arrived in the afternoon and went to Helton Jomira Beach. This hotel is awesome, from a luxury entrance to a great view onto the sea. When we arrived there we felt hungry so decided to order food from the hotel restaurant and eat in our room. After one hour the food arrived and we put it on the balcony and started to eat. After about half an hour I had a stomach-ache then I had severe diarrhoea. I tried to be patient but I couldn’t. I went directly to the nearest hospital and the doctor told me I needed to have gastric lavage for four hours. I stayed in hospital under observation until the next day. When I went back to the hotel I complained about the restaurant food and the supervisor upgraded me to a beautiful suit. At night I had acute flu and high fever.

I was ill for five days and my trip lasted only a week!

Bad Holiday

I am going to tell you about a holiday I didn't enjoy. Three and half years ago I went to Italy and Austria with two of my best friends. We stayed there for about 17 days. I had never been there before. We went to Florence, Pisa, Venice, Zell am see, Vienna and Rome. We took the train, bus and airplane. I didn’t like it when we arrived in Vienna because one of my friends became sick and she had to stay in the hotel while we went on a sightseeing tour.

Bad Holiday

On the first anniversary of my marriage I went with my wife to Iran. Iran is a big country, it has a beautiful nature including mountains and green land

 We arrived in Challous in the winter of 2013. Challous is located in the north of Iran. We didn’t see any of the city because the weather was very cold and the temperature reached -15°.  The taxi driver advised me to go Clardisht which is 200 kilometers from Challous.

On the way there we had an accident and the ambulance moved my wife and driver to the hospital. I stayed with my wife in the hospital for twenty days and we went back to Iraq.

I'm going to talk about a time when I overslept and missed an important meeting. It happened last year during the second semester. The meeting was with the dean of our college and I was the representative of the radiology department. On the eve of the meeting day I went to bed very late and forgot to set my alarm. My father woke me up around 10 a.m. and I was supposed to be at the meeting at 9 that day! After I woke up I immediately called one of my colleagues to ask her what happened. She told me it was rescheduled to tomorrow. So I skipped work that day and next day I went to work early like nothing happened the day before.
